Ashley Behnke is an experience designer and seasoned facilitator with a passion for working with diverse people to move everyone harmoniously toward a common goal. She brings more than six years of experience developing and running retreats, workshops and special events for nonprofit and corporate groups. With a strong, foundational background in theatre at a top liberal arts college, Ashley knows the mechanics of production and the power of embodiment, which she brings to every Evolve team engagement. A passionate advocate for well-being, Ashley is motivated to help people in real and practical ways through direct action and cooperation.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Sociology from Davidson College. She taught as Primary English Literacy Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Soufriere, St. Lucia until she was evacuated due to the global pandemic. In addition to her love of the stage, Ashley loves the outdoors, and spends her free time hiking, biking, swimming and running. Last summer, she camped the national parks for five weeks, traveling from the Shenandoah Mountains to the Redwood Forest and many beautiful places in between with her childhood best friend (and fellow actor). Next up: Acadia National Park in Maine.
