Getting your managers to lift off.

“Forget about the fast lane. If you really want to fly, just harness your power to your passion." –Oprah Winfrey

Middle management influences culture up and down the organization, ensuring organizational alignment and impact for years to come. For your core leaders to bring about something much bigger than themselves, they’ll need to embody a different way of being—one that requires attentive self-development.

Your senior managers are trusted because they are accessible and work closely with both employees and customers. Managers are the first line of defense in helping to stabilize nerves, and they are your best line of offense in navigating a transformative event. Now is a critical time to help your middle managers lead their teams and collaborate with colleagues through rocky waters.

Using an Impact Coaching approach that includes Integral Coaching®, Somatic Coaching, Conscious Business Coaching and Entrepreneurial Leadership, we help managers meet the urgent needs of the moment while creating the future they want for themselves at your organization.

TOOLS WE USE

CliftonStreNgths

The CliftonStrengths assessment measures the intensity of a person’s strengths in 34 different themes. Those who apply what they learn are 6x as likely to be engaged in their jobs; 6x as likely to strongly agree that they have the opportunity to do what they do best every day; and 3x as likely to report having an excellent quality of life.

Via Survey of Character Strengths

Created under the direction of Dr. Martin Seligman, the "father of Positive Psychology", the VIA Survey is regarded as a central tool of positive psychology and has been used in hundreds of research studies and taken by over 5 million people in over 190 countries.

Enneagram Personality Assessment

The Enneagram is a typology system that describes human personality as a number of interconnected personality types, with each representing a worldview and archetype that resonates with the way people think, feel and act in relation to the world, others and themselves. It is much more than a personality profile that offers insight into core personality traits, as it delves deeper into the core motivations, defense mechanisms and fears that often lie in the unconscious layers of our personality structure.

LPI®: Leadership Practices Inventory®

As a simple, data-driven, and time-tested assessment, the LPI: Leadership Practices Inventory measures how frequently each individual exercises The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®. With this information, individuals at any level and in any organization can identify exactly where they excel as leaders and where they have opportunities to improve.
