Senior Leadership Cohorts

Six to twelve month and multi-year cohort programs for executives, partners and senior directors. Participants strengthen strategic clarity, relational intelligence, systems awareness and disciplined decision-making while applying learning directly to real organizational challenges.

Leadership Depth Series — Advanced Cohort Development

A nine-month cohort-based leadership formation program combining live teaching, guided writing, book study, guest faculty, structured dialogue and disciplined asynchronous reinforcement.

This series addresses a fundamental leadership tension: the gap between self-representation and how a leader actually shows up under pressure.

Participants examine formative stories, inherited assumptions and reactive patterns in order to consciously author their leadership arc. The work strengthens identity-level awareness, narrative coherence and the capacity to lead from an integrated sense of self rather than image.

Leadership Institutes & Cross-Sector Cohorts

Year-long developmental arcs for industry associations, institutes and cross-sector groups operating in complex civic and commercial environments.

These programs are designed for leaders who must collaborate across disciplines, sectors and stakeholder groups while holding long-term impact in view. We integrate vertical development, embodied leadership and systems thinking within a cohesive cohort experience that unfolds progressively over time.

Three-year, multi-cohort leadership development engagement delivered in partnership with Rice University following acquisition. Integrated individual and group coaching to strengthen leadership capability and cultural integration at scale.

Leadership Institute Facilitation & Development — ULI Washington
Year-long Leadership Arc designed and facilitated within the ULI Washington Leadership Institute for a cross-sector cohort of land use leaders. Integrated vertical development, embodied leadership and systems thinking to move participants from self-awareness and regulation to systems-level action, strengthening collaboration and regional impact.

Enterprise Leadership Bootcamps — Bayer | Project X
Six-month structured leadership bootcamps focused on the leader’s own development and the health of their team. Integrated individual coaching and facilitated team sessions to strengthen talent decisions, development and transitions; energy management; clear agreements; decision norms; and day-to-day leadership discipline, informed by a light enterprise leadership framework.

Leadership Depth Series — Cohort-Based Executive Development
Nine-month cohort-based leadership course combining live teaching, guided writing exercises, book studies, special guest faculty, structured group dialogue and asynchronous modules. Leaders examined formative stories, turning points and inherited assumptions to make meaning of their experiences and consciously author their own leadership arc.
