Aïcha Doucouré, ACC is an executive and leadership coach who helps leaders strengthen self-awareness, communication and relationships so they can lead with greater clarity, calm and authenticity, particularly when pressure and complexity rise. She works with the whole person, integrating cognitive, emotional and somatic intelligence to help clients close the gap between knowing what they want to do and being able to do it consistently.
Aïcha’s work is especially relevant when leaders find themselves disconnected from themselves, their colleagues or their work. She helps clients recognize the patterns and blind spots shaping how they respond, build emotional resilience under pressure and develop greater capacity for difficult conversations, influence and strong relationships. Her approach combines depth with pragmatism and adapts to what each client and situation requires.
In addition to individual executive and leadership coaching, Aïcha works with teams and facilitates leadership and relational-development experiences. Her areas of practice include executive presence, communication, relationship building, emotional and somatic intelligence, team development and navigating challenging interpersonal dynamics. She draws from Integral Coaching, somatic practice, Nonviolent Communication, the Enneagram, mindfulness and other approaches to human development.
Aïcha brings more than 20 years of experience across organizational change, transformation, research, design and program leadership, including 15+ years leading strategic initiatives in global corporations, agencies and startups. Before becoming a coach, she held roles with organizations including GE, WPP/Landor, Uber, OpenTable and Dropbox. Her work has crossed functions including technology, design, research, finance, data analytics, marketing and engineering, giving her firsthand experience of the organizational environments in which many of her clients lead.
Aïcha is a Certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is also an accredited Enneagram practitioner and works with Behavioral Essentials' E3 Behavioral Insights Platform and Blindspotting assessment. Her development includes Nonviolent Communication, somatic intelligence and other relational and developmental disciplines.
Born and raised in France and based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Aïcha brings an international and cross-cultural perspective to her work. A longtime meditator, she also leads circle-singing practices, reflecting the creativity, connection and presence she brings to her work with people.
