About Aïcha Doucouré

Aïcha Doucouré

Aïcha Doucouré, ACC guides leaders to strengthen their executive presence and lead authentically with clarity through complexity and uncertainty. Between knowing what to do and actually doing it, there's often a gap. That gap may come from strong habits of our thoughts, our emotions, or our nervous system. By working with all three levels, Aïcha helps leaders develop the capacity to act with greater impact and consistency.

With a pragragmatic focus, she leans on a variety of disciplines, including mindfulness and somatic coaching, organizational psychology, the Enneagram, and Effective Communication. Aïcha has experience teaching social-emotional skills such as building trust, leading difficult conversations, influencing with impact, assertiveness, and finding one's voice. Her coaching approach ranges from inquiry and facilitative to directive based on client needs.

Aïcha brings more than 18 years of experience leading strategic change initiatives in partnership with stakeholders across international corporations, agencies, and start-ups. As a generalist, she has partnered with teams from IT, Finance, Design, Research, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, Marketing/PR, and Events.
