Deirdre Soraci, PCC, is an executive and team coach and facilitator with more than 20 years of global, cross-sector experience. She works with senior leaders and leadership teams navigating complexity, transition and increased responsibility, helping them strengthen decision-making, influence, accountability and how they work together.
Deirdre has supported leaders across more than 35 countries and brings particular experience in global and matrixed organizations, where results depend on relationships and decisions across functions, cultures and regions. Her work spans executive coaching, team coaching, leadership development and facilitation, with clients ranging from C-suite executives and senior corporate leaders to founders and nonprofit leaders. She currently coaches executives through Harvard Business School executive programs and serves as a founding Core Guide with Chief.
Her perspective is shaped by a career spanning business, finance and leadership development across multiple continents. Earlier in her career, Deirdre worked in financial services in Tokyo, where she spoke Japanese, and held roles with organizations including Booz Allen Hamilton. She later founded and managed her own business before establishing her leadership coaching practice. This breadth gives her a practical understanding of the organizational dynamics, competing priorities and cross-cultural relationships leaders must navigate.
Deirdre is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West. Her additional training and certifications include team coaching, Hogan Assessments, Leadership Circle 360, Immunity to Change, Working Genius, Emotional Intelligence and Positive Intelligence. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity Washington University and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Georgetown University and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Organizational Leadership at Johns Hopkins University.
