Janice Muñiz, PCC is an executive coach and leadership consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping senior leaders deepen their capacity to lead with clarity, presence and humanity. She works with executives and leadership teams navigating complexity, transitions, difficult conversations and the demands of building strong, empowered organizations.
Janice brings an unusual combination of deep developmental expertise and firsthand executive experience. Before becoming a coach, she spent 15 years leading marketing communications firms for Young & Rubicam across Latin America and the United States. As President of Wunderman Mexico, she led the turnaround of a struggling business, rebuilding the team and culture while restoring growth. That experience gives her an intimate understanding of what leadership requires when the stakes are real and results still have to land.
Her coaching helps leaders reconnect with the intelligence of the head, heart and body so they can expand their self-awareness, strengthen their presence and respond more skillfully under pressure. Her approach integrates Integral Coaching, inquiry, neuroscience, somatics and mindfulness to support development that reaches beyond new techniques to meaningful shifts in how a leader thinks, relates and acts.
Over the course of her career, Janice has coached hundreds of executives across organizational levels and industries, including technology, consumer goods, advertising, construction and financial services. Her clients have included leaders from Microsoft, PepsiCo, LVMH, DPR Construction, Natura, Ogilvy, Reebok and Young & Rubicam.
Janice is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West, where she later served on the faculty supporting coaches pursuing certification. She has also studied through the Enneagram Institute and is a teacher of the Diamond Approach.
Fluent in English and Spanish and shaped by a multicultural career spanning the United States and Latin America, Janice brings a cross-cultural perspective to her work with leaders around the world.
