Janice Muñiz, PCC is an executive coach with over 20 years of experience. Her approach to leadership is deeply human and transformative in nature. She guides clients to connect to and develop the different intelligences intrinsic to all human beings so that new soft skills and competencies can be developed and embodied and the individual can thrive at a new level of functioning, alignment and human connection. Janice powerfully blends the use of integral development, inquiry, neuroscience, somatics, psychodynamics and mindfulness to support inner transformation.

Janice has guided the development of hundreds of executives around the world and across all levels of the organization including the C-Suite. A partial list of clients include: Adidas, Aeromexico, AON, Bepensa, Booz, DPR, EBC, LVMH, Microsoft, Natura, Ogilvy & Mather, Pepsico, Reebok, Veracyte and Young & Rubicam. Her pro bono work includes Austin-based companies ACG and Latinitas. For 15 years prior to being a coach, Janice led marketing communication firms for Young Rubicam across Latin America and the US providing her the experience of what it is to be in the seat of the leader. She also served as part of the New Ventures West faculty supporting the development of coaches on their path to certification.

Being fully bilingual and enjoying a multicultural background, Janice coaches in English and Spanish. She holds the PCC ICF certification, graduated as an integral coach from New Ventures West, attended the Enneagram Institute certification program and is a teacher of the Diamond Approach, a contemporary spiritual path. She loves walks in nature, photography, art, learning, music and dance. Janice lives in Austin, Texas.
