Becky Weber, PCC is an accomplished coach serving managers, executives and leaders in corporate, government and nonprofit organizations.  She is dedicated to preparing and helping people face personal and work obstacles and developing new practices for them to accomplish their goals. Ultimately, clients are better equipped to navigate many of life’s obstacles and opportunities to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Becky’s 30+ years of work experience with progressively greater management responsibilities in very complex organizational settings has given her a deeper understanding of challenges that managers and executives face.  Her skill set includes coaching the individual or in a group setting and beyond that, training to develop coaching skills. Becky built a coaching culture within the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to support employee growth and development on a broad scale.  

As a certified Integral Coach®, Becky works with the entire person to access their full potential. In addition to coaching, Becky offers expertise 1) developing innovative, practical solutions in a very complex organization, 2) building consensus and partnerships across multiple federal/state agencies, community organizations and corporate leadership, 3) spearheading change management and difficult high-profile initiatives across multiple sections/departments/agencies, and 4) leading effective public relations and educational outreach campaigns.  These experiences position her to bring a solid understanding of the many challenges that a client may face in the workplace.
