She believes that hearing not only what is being said but also what may be left unsaid is key to coaching and assessing leaders. Dannielle is adept at understanding of the scope and complexity of responsibilities that leaders in high-caliber corporations are tasked with. She applies a big-picture lens to every project she works on, enabling her clients to expand their capabilities while gaining an in-depth understanding of their company’s employee experience. Dannielle has over 15 years of professional experience, which includes expertise in the areas of organizational development, strategic change and leadership development. She started her professional career in the San Francisco Bay Area with Gap, Incorporated, where she served as the program manager of a global leadership development program. She spent several years supporting human capital transformation projects as a consultant with IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton. Dannielle has also worked as an internal consultant with Marriott International, where she provided organization design expertise and created change management strategies. Her industry experience spans hospitality, tech, utilities, federal government, tele-communications and retail.
Dannielle holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is a graduate of New Ventures West, and holds a PCC-level certification with the International Coach Federation. Dannielle is also certified in a variety of workstyle and leadership assessment tools like Hogan, DiSC, Birkman and Leadership Circle Profile.
Originally from San Diego, California, she lives in the Washington, DC metro area. When she’s not working, Dannielle can be found watching indie films and documentaries or reading historical fiction.
