She leverages her global perspective, multinational experience, business acumen and intuition to support leaders to actualize their desired intentions and prepare for future business challenges. Ritu holds an MBA and a PG specialization in International Trade. She completed her Integral Coach training with New Ventures West, is certified as a Leadership Coach with the Center of Creative Leadership and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is certified in various assessments including the Aephoria Identity Maturation and grounds her work in adult maturity frameworks and mindfulness practices to support her clients.
