Sarah-Marie Hopf, ACC envisions a world in which everyone experiences a deep sense of belonging, well-being and meaningful contribution. She is an integral leadership and development coach, mindfulness meditation teacher and the founder of Thriving in a Noisy World. Sarah-Marie is passionate about supporting values-aligned, growth-minded leaders and changemakers in cultivating inner mastery and unfolding their innate resourcefulness and genius for navigating the complexity of work, life, and relationships. Her approach is compassionate, practical, evidenced-based, trauma sensitive, culturally sensitive and rooted in her own ongoing 19-year personal transformation practice.

To her work, Sarah-Marie brings experience at the intersections of leadership and personal development, entrepreneurship and startups, organizational and systems change and research and human-centered design. She’s been fortunate to work with individuals and organizations globally, including mission-driven startups, leading universities, high impact nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies. She currently serves as a leadership assessment / 360 feedback specialist for a global set of clients in executive leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and non-profit organizations across industries with Learning as Leadership. In addition to her work at Evolve, she also serves as an executive coach for mission-driven startup founders and women leaders with the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and The Women’s Impact Alliance.

Sarah-Marie is a certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is currently in a multi-year advanced coaching training in Integral Unfoldment with Steve March, founder of Aletheia. A long-time mindfulness practitioner with 90+ days of intensive retreat experience, Sarah-Marie is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach's Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) and a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Professional Level (CMT-P) through the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. She’s also a graduate of Dartmouth College. Sarah-Marie is grateful to be a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a StartingBloc Fellow and a member of Sandbox, a global network of changemakers and a founding member of the MMTCP Alumni Association. She is committed to creating space for authentic human connection and living the questions. A German/American, Sarah-Marie is currently based in Oakland, CA.
