Evolve Contributes to Award-Winning Global Leadership Development Program

We’re delighted to celebrate the recognition of the Navigator program with the EFMD 2024 Excellence in Practice Silver Award for Leadership Development.
The program, a collaboration between Woodside Energy and the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at UNSW Business School, was recognized for its innovative and human-centered approach to advancing leadership in the global energy sector.
Evolve Impact was one of several partners contributing to the initiative. Our role was to deliver personalized 1:1 and group coaching to program participants, working alongside Rice University, which served as the lead facilitation partner.
The Navigator program brought together different forms of leadership development to support leaders working within a complex, global industry. Throughout the program, Evolve coaches helped participants deepen self-awareness, strengthen communication and navigate complexity with greater clarity and integrity. Our coaching also supported participants in aligning more effectively with their teams and leading with purpose amid significant organizational and industry change.
For us, the recognition is particularly meaningful because it reflects something we have seen repeatedly in our work: leadership development becomes more powerful when coaching is integrated into a larger organizational learning experience rather than treated as a standalone intervention.
The EFMD Excellence in Practice Awards recognize outstanding partnerships in organizational, talent, leadership and ecosystem development. The 2024 Silver Award recognizes the Navigator program's success in developing globally attuned leadership within the energy sector.
