Jill Barrett

Jill L. Barrett, MPP, PCC is an executive coach, systems thinker and culture strategist who helps leaders and organizations grow with purpose, clarity and integrity. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Evolve Impact®, she leads a collaborative team of over 30 seasoned coaches and consultants working across the creative and built environments. Together, they support clients in elevating leadership, transforming workplace culture and advancing systemic change.

Jill’s work is grounded in adult development, emotional intelligence and a deep understanding of organizational systems. She brings a unique ability to blend strategic insight with human connection — helping leaders navigate uncertainty, foster inclusive cultures and align action with values. Her clients include senior leaders from organizations such as Walt Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, Siemens, Salesforce, Bank of America and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization.

Over her career, Jill has held leadership roles in philanthropy, government and global NGOs. She has designed entrepreneurial programs, led cross-sector innovation initiatives and been recognized as a leading changemaker by Washington Life Magazine. She is also an experienced coach and facilitator, having worked with BetterUp, Bridge Partnership and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Jill holds an Integral Coach® credential from New Ventures West and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. She is also a certified practitioner in the Integrative Enneagram and trained in neuroscience-based approaches to change and trauma.
