Rudi Doku, PCC is an executive coach and leadership consultant who works one-to-one with executives, on executive communication and presence, and with senior leadership teams. He helps leaders understand what happens when pressure rises and familiar ways of thinking, communicating and leading are no longer enough.
Rudi’s work pays attention to more than thinking, strategy and behavior. He helps leaders examine the internal responses that shape those behaviors, including what happens in the body, the meaning they make of a situation, the patterns that emerge in relationships and the wider organizational system in which they are operating. This broader perspective helps leaders expand the choices available to them when the stakes are high.
Rudi also works with senior leadership teams as whole systems, helping them recognize the patterns they create together and understand how those patterns affect trust, conflict, communication and performance.
His approach draws selectively from Dialogue, Adaptive Leadership, Systemic Constellations, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, polyvagal-informed practice and adult development. Rather than applying a single methodology, Rudi brings these perspectives together according to the leader, team and situation.
Before moving into leadership development and coaching, Rudi spent 15 years as a technology consultant and project leader with Accenture, Deloitte and boutique firms across Amsterdam, Singapore and Australia. He is Principal Consultant at Vertical Development Consulting, an executive coach with INSEAD and a member of the Transformation Leadership Faculty at Mobius Executive Leadership. His career has also included leadership development and organizational development roles in financial services, mining and other international environments.
Rudi holds an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Integral Coach® through New Ventures West. His additional training and study include Adaptive Leadership through Harvard Kennedy School and the Kansas Leadership Center, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems and other somatic and developmental disciplines.
