Traci L. Hughes-Trotter is Co-Founder of DEI Solutions, a consulting firm whose mission is to help businesses build globally diverse workplaces with culturally equitable outcomes—so that everyone has a seat at the table. Traci is also Executive Director at All Souls Church Unitarian. Previously, Traci was the inaugural director of the Office of Open Government, charged with ensuring that DC’s government complied with open records and transparency laws. Traci has made public service her life-long commitment, working as a leader in government and nonprofit sectors, specializing in transparency law, organizational creation and management, and crisis communications. Traci is a proud graduate of Howard University and Temple University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.
